Jethro, Moses\u2019s father-in-law, saw this burden and intervened. He told Moses that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Exodus+18%3A17-18&amp;version=ESV\">what he was doing was \u201cnot good\u201d and that the responsibility was \u201ctoo heavy\u201d for him alone<\/a>.
